Awareness Campaign

Hurricane Relief started as a class project in college, focused on supporting communities impacted by Hurricane Ian (2023). It has since been expanded to spread awareness and support to the communities affected by Hurricane Helene (2024).

I designed a series of posters and social media graphics aimed at raising awareness, encouraging donations, and promoting local relief efforts. The visuals were created to be clear, impactful, and easily shareable across platforms to maximize outreach and support.

Year
2023 & 2024

Hurricane Ian (2023)

A poster series, an Instagram post, and Instagram stories, spreading awareness, information, and encouraging donations to support the relief effort.

Hurricane Helene (2024)

A series of 5 Instagram posts letting viewers know how and where they can support the relief effort.

Countach was chosen for its bold visual impact that grabs the viewer’s attention and underscores the severity of the situation, making it an effective choice for urgent and serious messaging.

The hurricane symbol instantly familiarizes the viewer with the weather event, while the use of red adds to the urgency and intensity of the messaging.

A bold, urgent, and impactful style, lending to the seriousness and severity of the messaging.
